Arctic Wallet Results Of 2022
Jan 5, 2023Arctic Wallet started in March 2022 with 40 supported assets and a mission to make it the best crypto wallet app to serve beginners and experienced traders. Much has been done since then. It’s this special moment of the year to look back and recap what we’ve accomplished together in 2022 and set where we’re heading in 2023.

Bear Market for Building
Since the very launch, we kept refining the product. We finished the public beta test in August and closed the wallet testing stage with clear steps to take. And here are the results!
- The Arctic app was redesigned according to our lovely community likings;
- Since launch, we added 173 more assets most wanted by users and made it to 200+ currencies available in our wallet;
- Added Taproot and SegWit address support for BTC;
- Introduced Address Book and Portfolio features;
- And finally, launched a Mobile Arctic Wallet App for Android as a perfect end-of-year gift for our users!

Key Arctic Wallet Partnerships of 2022
- A major partnership with Mercuryo added the feature of Buying & Selling 9 cryptocurrencies via credit cards to make crypto trading safest and simplest directly through our wallet.
- Now, Artcic Wallet has over 30 tokens and coins available for buy/sell to Visa and Mastercard.

- Teamed up with Unstoppable Domains to simplify crypto and & NFT transactions in the wallet;
- Joined Fantom wallet Family and IoTeX Family;

Community Growth
Together with our Arctic Wallet family, throughout the year we have been nailing some crypto slang, tackled nightmares of every crypto trader on Halloween Week, celebrated the Ethereum Merge;
Enjoyed Black Friday and Cyber Monday bonuses, held fun meme contests, hosted many giveaways and Christmas Advent Calendar events with crypto prizes.

Hosted AMAs with the Arctic Team and co-hosted sessions with Unstoppable Domains team, IoTeX, CURATE project, DigiByte, and TEN.finance.
Proudly aired our first Arctic Team Podcast in November.
